Life can be challenging and we all need help sometimes. To seek help is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of strength and courage. Through counselling, it is possible to find insight and new ways to face the challenges of life, make changes, and renew hope.

To all who are seeking help and counselling, I will be retiring as of November 2025,
and I am no longer taking in new clients.
